Ezikial Software is committed to protecting the privacy of it's customers and all those who download our products.

1) GRANT OF LICENSE:

Editing, moving or tampering (of any kind) of the licence files will VOID
your purchase and your licence code will be terminated without refund.
Let this be known!

Ezikial Software grants you a single, non-exclusive free version
license, to use the provided you agree to abide by the terms of this
Agreement. This program is to only be used by the purchaser or
the direct relatives of the purchaser. Paid version will be free of ads
and have all features enabled.

2) OTHER RESTRICTIONS:

You acknowledge that you do not become the owner of the program
and documentation. You agree not to transfer, rent, lease, sub-license,
reverse engineer, modify, translate, or share the program or manual
with any other person or firm.

2) 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARENTEE:

Refund of 75% of the purchase price will be given (due to the costs of excepting your initial payment) only if you abide by all of the following:

We require you to download a program to delete all forms off ES licence's off your PC. The program will then send us a validated response of the exact details of your licence. If these results abide by the following you will be given a refund.

- Licence files must not be edited, moved or tampered with in any way.

- Program must be uninstalled

- Fraudulent or mass keys will be terminated without refund

- Other conditions may apply

3) LIMITED WARRANTY:

While we have attempted to ensure the reliability of the program,
Ezikial Software cannot assume any liability for damage that occurs
because of usage of this program, whether or not in accordance
with the instructions or specifications. It is not possible to guarantee
the program's performance under all circumstances, at all times,
with all hardware and software configurations, and with any user
data, programs, or series of commands. When you open the program,
you agree that regardless of the form of any claim, Ezikial Software's
liability for any damages or loss to you or anyone else shall not
exceed the price paid for use of the program.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES.

4) NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:

In no event shall Ezikial Software or its suppliers, if any, be
responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages
whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits,
business interruption, loss of information, or any other loss) arising
out of the use or the inability to use this product, even if Ezikial Software
has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Some states do
not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not
apply to you.

5) LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN IF:
- Any Illegal distribution of the product is taken place
(eg. rent, lease, sub-license)
- Extending licence rules
(number of computers you have this program running on)
- Editing the program
- Others
